Each year, we challenge participants to take on a simulated business problem at the intersection of diversity, equity, and inclusion, marketing strategy, and financial feasibility. Broadly, we ask teams to consider the question: what role does diversity, equity, and inclusion play when making major business decisions?

This year’s case asks participants to explore and devise innovative solutions for a case focusing on the issue of food access in low-income and disaster areas. 

Participating teams:

• Present their case to a panel of our corporate sponsors and field experts

• Have access to an exclusive career fair and keynote speech

• Send their resumes to our sponsors

• The top three teams will go home with cash prizes totaling $2,500

We are excited to hold this year’s competition in person and virtually on February 28th. To register, use this link to the sign-up form. We ask that teams keep their schedule clear, but a full schedule will be emailed to registered teams before the event. Teams will have 15 minutes to present their case.

All participating teams are required to submit a $25 deposit in order to register. Please submit deposits to Gabriella Antunes (Venmo @Gabriella-Antunes-1) within 24 hours of registration. All deposits will be fully refunded upon participation in the competition or if a team decides not to participate BEFORE February 19th, 2025. Any cancellations after February 19th will result in the loss of your team’s deposit.
